I love carnations because they live longer than roses. Roses are here and gone in about a week's time. These particular carnations, however, have clung to life with simply a mason jar full of water for a good three weeks now! And, counting...
They're not quite as beautiful as roses are, but they're definitely more hearty. So, which, I ask you, do you identify with more?
