Throwback {Photography} Thursday

Well, DARN!

Just as I was trying to ignore my blog again, a very talented photographer friend of mine invited me to link up with her and some other talented photographer folks. I am humbled to be able to blog and share photographer with these wonderful people. If you have time, check out their sites and wonderful photographs here at Little by Little Blog - Little Things Thursday

Normally, I just blog about coffee and mommy stuff, but I'm going to start venturing more into my love for photography here on the blog, in part because someway, somehow Blogger decided to up and delete my former Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah Blogspot that was dedicated to photography only. Soooooo... a fusion of sorts is under way. Fusion... infused... tea... nope, COFFEE! See how quickly the mind can wander off into the coffee beans??

Ok, so, here goes... here are my shares for the moment. Nothing fancy...just some shots from a year or two ago in the snow and the cold, some in the mountains of Colorado.

"Winter is for the Birds"

Picture a bunny hopping through here.

Love the color, but couldn't fit the whole
tree in with my zoom lens!

This one I call "Love Birds" ... I used it as a background for a Valentine's Day
e-card for my hubs a couple of years ago.
Maybe I'll post that "rendition" in February. ;)

I LOVE lamb's ear. It's so soft and "furry."
Snow gives it a new look/feel.

  3. Lovely pictures! I am pleased to meet you more often in the Little Things Thursday - I look like, what people have from the other side of the world in everyday life around and how they see it through the camera ...
To your comment on my blog: For me it is also a coincidence when a photo is possible in low light. Most will not solve camera (I hate modern cameras! An old analog camera does what I want and not vice versa ...)
I use old 8-fold lattice filter for thestar lights and make the images on the PC a little darker - that's all ...
    Have a great time :-)

    1. Thanks, Mascha! I'll have to try that filter sometime. My list of lenses and accessories I want for Christmas is endless! LOL
